Augmentum has entered into a partnership with African Parks as to create a constituency for conservation in Liwonde National Park and Mangochi Forest Reserve, Malawi.
The grant will focus on funding a mix of critical interventions in Liwonde community strategy, aimed at building awareness for conservation and sustainable development, improving general education, uplifting talented children through scholarships, supporting alternative livelihoods projects, and building capacity of traditional chiefs and village structures.
